These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Ali Sparkle. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

1. About us

This website is owned and operated by [Legal business name — add in Admin → Settings] (“Ali Sparkle”, “we”, “us”), having its place of business at [Business address — add in Admin → Settings]. We sell our own products directly to you; we are not a marketplace and do not list goods from other sellers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to order for you.

3. Products and information

• We try to describe every product accurately, including its net quantity, country of origin, MRP and other details required by the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. Photos are for illustration; the colour of the liquid, bottle or packaging may vary slightly between batches.
• Fragrance notes describe the character of a scent; how a perfume smells and lasts depends on skin type and conditions.
• Perfumes are for external use only. They are flammable: keep away from heat and flame, eyes and children. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin and stop using a product that causes irritation.

4. Prices and charges

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Product prices are the MRP or a price below the MRP, and are inclusive of all taxes.
• The following charges apply per order. They are shown on product pages, in your bag and at checkout before you place the order, and are never added afterwards:

• Delivery charges: ₹99, free on orders of ₹999 or more — Shipping to your address

• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typographical error, we will inform you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything you have paid.

5. Orders

• After you place an order you will see an order number and confirmation page. We will contact you on the mobile number you provide to confirm the order before dispatch.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, the order appears fraudulent, or we cannot reach you to confirm it. If we cancel, we will tell you and refund any amount paid in full. We do not charge you anything when we cancel.
• Quantities per order may be limited to ensure availability for all customers.

6. Combo offers

Combos are sold at a single combo price. Items marked “included” are fixed; where a combo lets you choose, you may pick from the products listed for that choice. A combo is one item for pricing, returns and refunds; see the returns policy for how a damaged item within a combo is handled.

7. Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery. Please keep the exact amount ready; our delivery partner may also accept UPI where available. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders without a valid reason may lead us to decline future cash-on-delivery orders.

8. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy; returns, refunds and cancellation by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

9. Invoices and GST

An invoice is issued for every order. We will issue GST tax invoices once we are registered under GST; until then our prices do not separately charge GST.

10. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by:

• placing orders in someone else’s name without permission or giving false details;
• attempting to access parts of the website or systems you are not authorised to access;
• copying, scraping or reproducing our content, images or trademarks without written permission;
• introducing malware or doing anything that disrupts the website.

All content on this website, including the name and logo of Ali Sparkle, text, photos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government action). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Complaints

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right as a consumer to file a complaint before the consumer commission having jurisdiction where you reside or work, the courts at [Jurisdiction city — add in Admin → Settings] shall have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “last updated” date, applies to orders placed after that date; your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
